West Bengal

A place to return for me would always be West Bengal, India. Bengal is a state in the eastern region of India along the Bay of Bengal. West Bengal has played a pivotal role in the Indian Independence movement and has a rich cultural and intellectual history of Her own. My roots being that from Bengal I thought of portraying Her beauty. I have tried to capture the essence of the places I have visited through Her flowers, birds, leaves and Her vibrant colors.
